Miss Normandy, 22-year-old Malika Ménard, took the title of Miss France on Saturday while Miss Rhône-Alpes was designated second runner-up.For the first time this year Miss France was chosen from the five finalists by the public, but the decision was presided over by actress Arielle Dombasle.
